Having an organized classroom library is an essential part of our classroom. From day 0 (meet the teacher night!) our classroom library is available to every student, they are welcome to take a tour and borrow a book to take home on that day!
Different teachers approach their classroom library in different ways. You may also see different pictures of classroom libraries on different social media platforms. I am here to tell you to let go of any of that because:
The most important part of you classroom library is that the kids are reading.
I repeat, the most important part of your classroom library is that the kids are actually reading.
Your classroom library is not the result of accidental timing. On the contrary, your classroom library should be carefully crafted and organized for the students to find themselves in the books they read. Period.
This is why I have created this pack of 256 classroom library labels. They will allow you to plan and build a dream classroom library where your students can become lifelong readers!
