What is included in this product?
♦Earth day cause and effect—> It includes a close read in full color or black and white to fit your needs, and a cause and effect answer sheet. It also includes materials for a cause and effect anchor chart that you can use to model this strategy.
♦Earth day Fact and opinion—> This a great literacy center! Includes picture cards, answer sheet, and fact and opinion anchor chart for you to model this strategy.
♦Earth Day Thematic vocabulary puzzles—> Includes Frayer model vocabulary sheet with puzzles and a guide on how to teach vocabulary the Marzano way!
♦Earth Day Sort {Reduce, Reuse, Recycle}—> This is a sort and graph activity that includes the definitions of reduce, reuse, ad recycle with picture cards for you to sort and model in a whole group activity. Your students then complete the data sheet based on the data collected!
♦My promise to my planet acrostic poem craftivity—> In this activity you will find a great craftivity and a sheet for your students to do an acrostic poem using the word EARTH. This is also a timely activity! April is poetry month!!
♦Water pollution science experiment—> In this science experiment, your students will conduct an experiment and complete a booklet based on the scientific method. This is a great activity to discuss the lasting effect of water pollution!
♦Earth day writing prompts—> 12 writing prompts related to this thematic unit for your students to use during their writing center or writer’s workshop!
